At the rear of the building of 2 Bon Air Professional Center.  It can be seen without having to enter the parking lot from the pathway that goes around Edgewater Place.

Paperbark tree is distinguished by spongy, grayish white park that peels off in sheets. It is an evergreen native to Australia that can reach 40ft. Flowers bloom in the summer and fall leaving seed pods that remain on the branches for several years.
